HOW DO I BOOK MY WOKING TAXI?
You can email your enquiry to [email protected] and we will endeavour to reply to you as soon as possible.
Alternatively, you can fill our simple online booking form. We will then get in touch to confirm your request was received and to give you a unique booking reference. If you are a business client with a corporate account, it is easiest to book via your account to utilise your benefits.
CAN I GET A QUOTE?
You will be made aware of our wait time, road toll and congestion charge policy where necessary.
You should always get in touch with a member of our team if you have any special requirements that may affect your quote, i.e. excess luggage etc.

That’s why we’ve made it easier than ever to book from abroad. You can reserve your Woking Taxi from anywhere via our online form at no extra cost.
Please note, if you are paying in cash you are required to pay in Pounds Sterling (£) to the driver.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
Debit and Credit Card – If you prefer to pay via card, please contact us and we can process your payment over the phone. If you decide to utilise our business accounts, we can provide monthly invoices to eliminate any risk of lost receipts or petty cash.
WHY SHOULD I BOOK MY AIRPORT TRANSFER WITH WOKING TAXIS?
We regularly review our prices to ensure we stay extremely competitive and provide the very best service our customers deserve.
WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
Following the first 45 minutes, we implement a small charge per additional fifteen minutes of wait time.
We do monitor your flight details for both incoming and departing flights. We can liaise with you to ensure we help you reach the best solution.
CAN I CHOOSE MY VEHICLE?
We are also able to provide a more comprehensive transport service by giving you the option of larger MPVs which can escort from 8-16 passengers.
WHICH AIRPORTS DO YOU SERVE?
We understand that our customers regularly travel for business or to alternative or regional airports. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with a member of our team and we’ll be happy to create a custom quote.
We transfer to all London airports. Please remember to mention how many passengers will be travelling and if you have any luggage at the point of booking, we can then dispatch the appropriate vehicle to pick you up or drop you off.
WHAT TO DO IF I CAN'T FIND MY DRIVER?
As the pick up location will be pre-arranged and sent to you in a confirmation, it is extremely unlikely that you won’t be able to find your driver.
In the rare occasion this does happen, we will be on hand via phone to help connect you with your driver and get you on your way.
