You will be made aware of our wait time, road toll and congestion charge policy where necessary.

You should always get in touch with a member of our team if you have any special requirements that may affect your quote, i.e. excess luggage etc.

How Do I Cancel My Booking?

It is important you let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your booking. You can contact us via phone or email. We reserve your taxi order for 24 hours at no extra cost.

Can I Make An Account?

Can I Book From Abroad?

We have come to know that our returning customers are regular fliers and utilise our Airport Transfer service a lot.

That’s why we’ve made it easier than ever to book from abroad. You can reserve your Woking Taxi from anywhere via our online form at no extra cost.

Please note, if you are paying in cash you are required to pay in Pounds Sterling (£) to the driver.

Which Payment Methods Can I Use?

Cash Payment - we accept cash and the payment should be made directly to the driver. Of course, they will be aware of your quoted price.

Debit and Credit Card - If you prefer to pay via card, please contact us and we can process your payment over the phone. If you decide to utilise our business accounts, we can provide monthly invoices to eliminate any risk of lost receipts or petty cash.

What If My Flight Is Delayed?

We have already thought about this for you! Our quoted prices include a complimentary 45 minute wait time. This means you have a comfortable cushion for any slight delays.

Following the first 45 minutes, we implement a small charge per additional fifteen minutes of wait time.

We do monitor your flight details for both incoming and departing flights. We can liaise with you to ensure we help you reach the best solution.

Can I Choose My Vehicle?

Absolutely! At Woking Taxi we are proud to be able to offer a variety of vehicles. Our executive taxi range includes an E-Class and S-Class Mercedes.

We are also able to provide a more comprehensive transport service by giving you the option of larger MPVs which can escort from 8-16 passengers.

Which Airports Do You Serve?

We serve Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, London City and Luton airports.

We understand that our customers regularly travel for business or to alternative or regional airports. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with a member of our team and we’ll be happy to create a custom quote.

We transfer to all London airports. Please remember to mention how many passengers will be travelling and if you have any luggage at the point of booking, we can then dispatch the appropriate vehicle to pick you up or drop you off.

What To Do If I Can't Find My Driver?

We provide flexible pick up locations and are happy to provide the full VIP service and meet you in the arrival’s terminal for our airport transfer service.

As the pick up location will be pre-arranged and sent to you in a confirmation, it is extremely unlikely that you won’t be able to find your driver.

In the rare occasion this does happen, we will be on hand via phone to help connect you with your driver and get you on your way.

Where Do I Meet My Driver?

As above, you can choose where to meet your driver. For airport transfers and our more frequented locations, we will be able to advise on the most convenient pick up location.
